Lani Candelora is a licensed attorney in the State of Florida where she owns and operates The Law Office of Lani Candelora, PLLC, a solo law office. Lani takes pride in connecting with each client personally and understanding his/her unique needs, concerns and circumstances. Lani is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar.

Lani is a 2002 graduate of Vermont Law School. In law school she was awarded an outstanding achievement award for holistic lawyering, a recognition for compassion and understanding in dealing with people. She has carried this compassion and concern for the human person throughout her career, spending many years working as a legal analyst and lobbyist for various nonprofit organizations striving to improve the human condition. Lani spent a decade studying, lobbying and drafting legislation and tutorials on a range of elder care issues including advanced medical planning, elder abuse, health care proxies, advance directives and living wills. 

When schools were closed during the COVID 19 pandemic, as a mom of four school-aged children, Lani was forced to close her physical office and convert her practice to fully online. Lani now specializes in the practice of probate throughout Florida while working remotely with clients. 

Lani and her husband have four children. She is an active member of her community, serving at her children’s school, helping with their sports teams, volunteering with Catholic Charities, and has served as a prison mentor for women inmates. Her greatest joy is her husband and four children. In her free time, she enjoys searching for shark teeth at low tide, traveling with family, watching her children play competitive sports, and boating and beaching in the beautiful state of Florida.
